"It was our worst nightmare experience!!! We arrived at Azure close to midnight, only to find out that nobody even the manager on call knows about our 10-day reservation made more than a month ago. "We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible "
