"Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the malls. Very secured property. Comfortable beds and high quality linens, towels and pillows. They provided toiletries, wifi and netflix. Only one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Check that the room has been fully cleaned because we saw a bottle of C2 in the freezer , biscuit crumbs under one bed, little stain on the comforter and a couple of crawling insects. We didn’t mind those things a we are not fuzzy but other people might not like...

"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"Great communication from start to finish. Arlene and Lyn super helpful, understanding and caring. Check in process seamless, accommodation comfortable right next door to SM City Bicutan which has all the shopping / eateries you’d need. Facilities with the wave pool, gym and other pools are top notch."

"4 out of 5 stars. The building, room, and view is nice overall. However, knocking down a star for inconvenient entryway and trash removal. The entryway has a large set of stairs before it and the only ramps go around the building which made it quite inconvenient for luggage. The trash removal was also located in the other building which is quite inconvenient as well. "

"Highly recommended, the property manager Glen was always very prompt in assisting needs. Room was very clean. The condo building has very nice grand entrance as if you're entering a five star hotel, nice big pool and gym facilities. There's a mall by the building that got eateries, grocery stores, pharmacy and many other establishments. Very close to greenfield district which is full of greeneries, food trucks, some 24 hour restaurants and many others. "

"Our room had several small roaches and two large roaches, the shower only have cold water, and the bidet in bathroom did not work. We asked for a different room if one was available, and the management was kind enough to accommodate us, which was had a better shower and bidet, but the main room still had several small roaches. There several small convenience stores and restaurants in the complex if you need anything. There is a large and very nice pool, however, be prepared to pay a fee to...

"Our second time staying at Fame Residence but first time with this host. Fast and easy check-in. Comfortable bed, and good kitchenette. The wifi is good and we enjoyed watching Netflix. Nice cold AC, and Mandaluyong is my favorite place to stay in Manila. Steps away from ShangriLa and SM mall. Fame mall at the base of the towers has a nice supermarket and several coffee shops, restaurants, and several other stores. Definitely recommend staying here."

"The unit was in deplorable condition. Cockroaches and bedbugs! The refrigerator was very dirty and the toilet was not clean. We left in the middle of the night on the first night because it was so terrible."

"We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible "
