"The Residences are wonderful! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The gym was amazing, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was also really good. The only thing that was disappointing was that there isn't any live music in the lounge like at other Shangri-La properties. But, I would highly recommend staying here."

"The check-in was a nightmare. The guards at the front gate will not let us in!! We hit a dead end. There was no help desk. There was no communication between the property owner and expedia. We were required a QR code, which were not provided to us prior. We have a pay an extra night to get a temporary unit for the night, it was so late.
