The property’s location is right next to Venice Mall (which is incredibly convenient), SM Aura and Bonifacio High Street/Market Market are also very near. I would expect more luxuriousness from a “luxury residence,” but I think the price and location offset this. Also, very little time should be spent in the room, considering all of the great areas surrounding this hotel.

It was a great time staying here. The view was nice outside the balcony. The host is pretty nice and very accommodating.
