"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
