"Breathtaking views out of the surrounding windows as you had breakfast every morning. Wonderful cocktails made by the bar with comfortable seating areas to enjoy some relaxation time. All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

"Good hotel, convenient; very kind friendly staff. It is dated so we did not have hot water first night. The rooms decor is old but okay. Spacious enough. The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. Had to clip the curtain together with hair clip and spray curtain with bug spray to prevent bugs from entering. Have to close doors by dawn to stop ferry noises, or mum the public’s chit...

"My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel at the end of August 2024. We really liked this hotel. We had a room that overlooked Lake Como with a wraparound balcony. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with a variety of different request. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we were greeted by friendly faces every morning.
