"We we're thrilled to find that this house was as it was depicted in the pictures. It was very cozy and well kept. Having 3 bathrooms with teen girls was definitely a plus. The owner was very timely in his communication throughout our stay. The house was equipped with many essentials that you may need for your stay, including board games. We look forward to returning next time we need a home away from home. "

"This was such a beautiful spot! It was in a very safe neighborhood, and close to shopping and dining. Erica was a pleasure to work with. This property was perfect place for my son to spend time with his daughter. It was very cozy and gorgeously appointed. We loved watching movies in the finished basement and can only imagine how nice the spring and summer would be on her balcony. This had the BEST parking options we've ever had. We were able to park right outside the basement in a DESIGNATED...

"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. "This place is set up perfectly for a party/overnight with games, a pool table, tvs in each room, drinking glasses, and dimmable lights. Host was very communicative and friendly! The neighborhood was quiet, with a little street noise at night. Only drawback is it’s in an area of the city that isn’t super convenient to the main network of public transit, but there is parking on site which is hard to come by."

"Wow, where to begin? I booked a king bed suite for two nights months beforehand. Afterwards, I invited a buddy to join us assuming there would be a sofa in our suite. There was not. Cue awkward moment on the 12th floor upon entry. Went down to the front desk to explain the dilemma. Ben at the front desk literally could NOT have been more helpful and understanding. He moved us to a larger room with two beds immediately. We did have to move out of that room the following morning at checkout but again, Ben saved the day with yet another room with two beds to help us out. It's very odd for a front desk representative to be as helpful as they all were. All in all, we saw a total of 3 rooms and they were all beautiful. Will definitely stay again. "

"A comfortable hotel in a great location for a great price. The room was small, but that was fine, since I was by myself. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, as it's walking distance to all kinds of shopping, bars, and restaurants. And parking is right across the street."

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The 24hr shuttle service was really great when I needed a ride late at night. Made my flight getting cancelled and unable to get home more tolerable. Thank you! "

SUPER BOWL Bound from Philly!!

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "
