"The property was easy to get to and the space was clean. The hosts was really attentive and provided great instructions. The only doenside was the construction happening in front of the entrance. Really hard to dropoff and to get in the area."

"The place was cozy and super spacious. The host was easily accessible and answered my questions almost instantly. The host provided with guide videos to make it easy for you to understand how to navigate the property and all. Towels and hand towels were provided but I didn’t see washcloths. "This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"This place offers a great location. But, the Interior is not as expected. Eventhough it possesses a good bed and a nice bathroom, but there is no chair to sit and work from home. No closet or hangers to put away clothes while there is enough space to accommodate these items. What was not acceptable for me was that the window blinds were disabled to close below the half way, which means I couldn't have privacy inside my room. "Property was clean and located near where we wanted to be. Double locks, one at enter and one at top of first flight of steps was added security. As many have said kitchen is lacking. If you plan to cook bring everything thing you need. Including salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Paper plates are a good idea also, not many dishes. Worked well for us and was cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have needed. "

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. "Upon entering the property. the lack of basic upkeep in the hallways is evident in the state of the carpeting both on the first floor and the stairs leading up to the upper levels. We were located close to a lot of dining options that were walking distance, which was convenient, because it was hard to find parking depending on the time of day. Gorgeous room for a romantic night

"Had a wonderful romantic night at the W. Room was beautiful, and very well kept. I love that the rooms have a little card with a QR code where you can tip housekeeping, instead of leaving cash, which I rarely have. The one thing my room was missing, which surprised me, was a hair dryer. I think of that as pretty standard, but maybe everyone brings their own these days? One other thing: I booked a reservation that included valet parking through hotels.com, but the W didn't have any record of valet parking being included in their reservation system. Ultimately they were able to include it, but it took a little time to get it sorted out. If I'd known, I might have called ahead. "

"I enjoyed my one day stay at this hotel. My only suggestion for improvement is, what happened to the microwave? We needed to wake early because my daughter was running the Philly Marathon this weekend and she likes her oatmeal cook a certain way in the microwave so room service was not an option. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful!! "

"The check-in was done in less than 2 minutes. More like 95 seconds. Loved it. Excellent and precise staff, and an overall easy hotel setup. I wish there was a hotel bar… My favorite check-in of 2024, no joke. "
