"The response of this hotel staff was really great. When they sent me a map by message and told them that the check-in would be late, they responded with "Don't worry". The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was worried about my first visit to Vienna, but I had a fulfilling time. Thank you very much."

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "
