"Helpful staff on check in and nice spacious rooms. Plenty of parking if you are in the car. Only gripe is the duvets are thick and it gets hot, but I am a fussy sleeper. Great hotel that I use frequently for my trips to Newcastle. Will continue to be the hotel that I use in the future. "
