Hotels.com has a big problem with their listings in France as almost all the places that I’ve stayed in with them the prices excludes city tax unlike booking.com"

"My second stay at this hotel - as it is close to the office. Five minutes walk from Gambetta metro station (M3 line). Friendly welcome. Breakfast can be brought to your room - no restaurant room. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area. Rooms are not sound proof. But are clean and comfortable."
