Good location for being near the station but overall a very unsafe area. Room was rundown and old furniture. The window/slanted balcony was nice. And the staff was friendly. Bag storage was useful before and after checking in and out.

I recently stayed at the Résidence du Parc Val d'Europe on vacation and I must say that this property ruined my entire trip. Firstly they have a non refundable policy because they’re currently under renovations and to me it was as if they knew I would not be interested in staying hence the reason why they put the policy in place once you’ve booked with them. Secondly they don’t have air conditioning. The property is closed and the floors tend to sweat due to the heat in rooms. The walls are infested with moles. The rooms had a lot of flies flying around and they charge you for everythingggggg even basics amenities which to me was a bit extreme. The water from the faucet breaks out your skin and causes rashes. If I ever visit Paris again this property will definitely won’t be seeing me again.

If your looking for an affordable option this is the hotel. It’s under renovations currently. Apparently we got a newly renovated units. Basing and clean. We stayed here work my husband and two kids 6,7.

Great location to Disney, and room is quite large, however construction work on the hotel started very early in the morning. Only 3 sachets of coffee provided for full stay and wouldn’t give any more. Beds are really uncomfortable. Hairdryer you have to borrow, rather than provided in room, no toaster. TV only has French channels, so pointless in it being in our room. Pool is open at times that can’t really be used as cold and doesn’t open until 10am. If you want somewhere cheap to stay near to Disney then it’s okay for a few days.

We booked queen beds with 2 single beds we didnot have what we paid for and the group was not happy as didn’t want to sleep together as not related as we were friends awful as we were told at 11.45pm these were the correct bedrooms We had rooms with dirty towels left in them Rooms with no towels at all When we had to pay taxes we were charged for children as well and didn’t want to help us sort out only paying for adults so I’ve been over chargers loads due to this would like a refund as totally unfair

Fabulous studio very clean and could see had recently been refurbed , great location and bakery next door was great. Pool area perfect to chill and location great for Disney but also short walk to train into central Paris.

So we arrived in the morning and the gentleman on reception pre checked us in and let us store our bags so we could go to the parks which was really helpful. On day 2, we paid for the on site breakfast. It was alright but there was a nice bakery around the corner that charged less. Besides that, the food was nice and I saw some of the other guests take some things to go so I did the same. As I got to my room I'm getting shouted at by one of the workers in French. I apologised saying I didn't speak French, to which she said "I will break into your room". I tried to query why but she just repeated herself. I tried to get away from her in my room which she tried to take a step in to follow me, continuing to shout and blocked me closing the door with her foot. I managed to get her out of my room but it made the rest of my stay stressful from her threat to break in. I ended up leaving a day early because of it.
