"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"Lots of problems - supposedly a superior room - toilet flush broken, toilet door handle broken, bathroom had very strong smell of urine. A/C centrally operated so had to phone reception every time one needed to turn it off or on - however this wasn’t mentioned at check in - lots of staff but all useless and appear ro do nothing. Very noisy street - club music until 4am so if you absolutely must stay there ask for a room at back of hotel."

"Excellent management with great staff and service, It was nice to have a good breakfast every morning on the property. Sefa has a huge personality, the other guys at the desk were so lovely and helpful."

"Good place to stay. Close location to the Center, to metro, etc. Rooms are good but some equipment doesn’t work well (high shower didn’t work). It’s our second time in this hotel and we definitely will stay there again as it is optimal cost/quality rate."

Great place. Really well located.

"I wasn’t expecting much given how reasonable and well located it is; but boy did this hotel blow me away! It is beautiful with an old world charm. It’s location is amazing - walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, etc with many restaurants right on its doorstep. The staff were also amazing. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2am but they ensured someone was there to check us in and help us with our bags. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family."
