"This facility shouldn’t be at your website, you got to share the bathrooms with other guests. Not a great neighborhood, no air conditioning, it was extremely hot we had to check out earlier, overall this place sucks,now they sent me a message claiming that I had 2 sets of keys, when I only had 1, another problem. Have been a Hotels.com client for awhile and never encountered something like this, I’m a very easy person to please but this place was bad, I’m going to try to have some of my money...

"The worst experience via Hotels.com! The only positives: the helpful staff and that it is relatively cheap. First of all, the rooms are shared!!! Yes, they may give you a total stranger to your room. You are buying a doube or twin room with garden view, but it is just a bed in the room!!! There is only a simple note at the bottom of the website, that it is a "shared acoommodation". What? Shared bathroom, kjtchen and hallway in the flat (it is a flat with 4 rooms) - OK. But I never thought that...
