"Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. "The property is great. Plenty of amenities and a large yard great for kids or friends looking to play lawn sports or run around. The pool is nice and a great way to spend the day. All of the bathrooms are clean and plenty of towels are available. The location is a little outside of the city along a dirt road. It’s about 20- 25 minutes into Lisbon with no traffic, 35-40 minutes with traffic. There are plenty of Ubers available though (wait 5-10 minutes). Candidly it’s an excellent spot if...
