"Great location. Only 13-15 minutes walk from train station. Not located in the hustle and bustle of Venice but close walking distance from it. Attached to a church and a restaurant. There’s a great pub across the canal with at least a dozen beers on tap as well as great gins. We were there during a heat wave but our room was nicely air conditioned. Our room was super clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and smooth. I highly recommend these accommodations."
