This is a great 120 yr old historic home with all its glory and the unique quirks that go along with its age. Property owner was super friendly, responsive, and great to work with. The home is also conveniently located near parks, zoo, local breweries and more. Thank you for having us!"

"Utilized VRBO for our Thanksgiving stay in Birmingham. We chose the house due to amenities (games, number of bedrooms, indoor and outdoor spaces) and location, and this did not disappoint. While there will always be things that come up - there were a few things we noticed: there weren't many pots/pans to cook with, necessitating us to get some disposable pans, etc. The TV remotes were finicky and took a couple of hours to figure out. "Had a group of guys on a golf trip to play some of the local RTJ courses. Place was close enough to the courses and some other spots including grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Allowed us to be able to come back and walk to restaurants after long day on the course. The game room worked well for the group and while the home isn’t large it worked out just fine."
