"Enjoyed our 5-day stay at Ascott ICC. One of the two rooms had a slight musky smell when we first entered but that pretty much went away once the AC was running. Rooms were well lit, and placement of things make sense. The Apelles products provided were of good quality, especially the B5 hand cream and skin lotion. Special thanks to the front desk manager (sorry, I forgot your name) and technician, Mr Deng, for their kind assistance on the night my family members fell sick. My sister was down...

"its for a group of 4 and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and the location of the hotel cannot get any better. highly recommend for an overnight stay at this hotel. the mattress was sooo comfortable all of us had such good rest.."

"Had a wonderful 3N4D stay. Clean and spacious room. Request for extra pillows and miscellaneous were met expeditiously. Location was near to metro and convenient for travel. Traffic was congested when traveling by road."

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. "Large and comfortable apartment. There is some building work going on but this did not affect our stay at all. The location is great - very close to the metro and shopping malls. I would stay again. "
