"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"This was our second trip to Sol y Mar because our first trip was a dream. The property is special. We did get caught up in the weather debacle that involved two weeks of vertical rain contributing to the Liberia airport closure, and stranding us in CR for another week. The bright spot in the entire trip was our comfort at Sol y Mar. Grethel was helpful staying in contact with us while we were there. She checked in regularly and was a lifeline. "

"Great condo on a small, somewhat private beach. We especially enjoyed time on the deck watching the waves break and watching the colorful birds in the trees. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and a short walk to Playa Flamingo. Special Places of Costa Rica was very attentive to our needs."

"Our stay at Playa Ocotal was great! The residence is just as described online and the homeowner/manager is extraordinarily helpful and very responsive to questions and comments. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes. We stopped at the store upon arrival and bought basic food, drinks and snacks along with toilet paper, tissues and paper towels. "The condo is very nice and has amazing views. There is a pool right outside the condo if you want something quiet and relaxing. If you want more activity, the Club has an amazing pool with a swim up bar. We also took advantage of the pickleball courts for open play. You need to drive to everything and traffic can get bad but lots to do right at the property. The restaurant there is great. Communication with Rich Coast Vacations was great. They respond quickly and are very helpful."

"Our 4 night stay at the Flamingo Condo was perfect. The property was very clean and the furnishings and decor were high quality. Our daily breakfast on the large terrace was the perfect way to start the day. We typically ended the day in the infinity pool watching the sunset. There are a variety of beautiful beach’s to visit nearby. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends."

"This was a great place right on a small beach just for the condos. There was a ton to do close by and it was right by the marina. "Expect a 10 minute drive to beach club. Place was clean, comfortable for 3 people. I would strongly recommend renting a car for anywhere staying in the Flamingo area. There is a free gym to use on the property at the Reserva Beach Club. You need to use the plastic white card left in condo. This was not shown to us. Also beach towels are available to use at the club. Also not communicated to us. Special Places needs to become more familiar with property amenities. Saw lots of monkeys. Hiked....
