Good selection of teas / coffees provided; however, teabags not replenished on 2nd day of my stay. Would be useful having printed instructions for the heating / air con panel, instead of giving a QR code, as not everyone can scan these. I didn't find the panel easy to use, even with the instructions. Saying that, the food I had was good. It was pleasing to...

"There was a mix up with my booking on arrival, staff were very apologetic and got it sorted quickly and upgraded me due to the inconvenience. Staff were very professional and friendly. Food in restaurant was really good too. Only issue really was room had ab adjoining door and the person in the other room was niosy, those doors arnt well sound proofed."
