"Check in Staff was good. However, the training staff for my check out needs more training on how to actually do customer service. Seemed a little bother less. Just as we are told that a $100 authorisation payment is required, we should also be informed when checking out that this will be refunded to us. It’s just common courtesy really. And shows that you are willing to do the basics of your job."

I had messaged the property twice asking for instructions to use their airport shuttle service but didn't receive any reply. I ended up having to find my own way there by Uber. Cleaning was first class and the facilities were good in the apartment. The entrance to the hotel is very underwhelming and not well signposted. "
