The worst experience in my life with a app trying to find you a hotel and the hotel that it found me by the time you got into the property at Metro there is nobody you have to deal with a little screen they don't want phones in the room they don't want you to leave your room after 9:00 is controlled by Washington and the Democratic party I have Parkinson my dog and I got a little bit of water from the bathtub and when the lady from the front desk the next day comes and says I have to leave after only being there 3 hours and I paid for four nights. And Expedia was just as bad in the situation a girl on the phone tells me I'm going to keep your money and they do not refund me I'm homeless living in my car with less than 6 months to live and some girl on Expedia decides she's going to keep my money please nobody use this site or ever stay at Metro hotels nobody's called to try to work things out nothing I will spend everyday telling everybody my worst experience with Expedia and Metro hotel

I know I booked a lower rated property. I knew it wasn't going to be super amazing. But I did not expect roaches. We reported this to management as well. I found one the night of check-in, four the next morning (on the kitchen counters), 4 when we returned that evening and then more the next morning. We weren't spending a ton of time in the room and didn't have time to rebook. The beds were comfortable and they felt clean as did the bathroom. It was nice to be able to cook food in our room and having a fridge was great. But I wouldn't book here again.

Personally I liked but there were some items that were broken before I got there. Like the handle of the microwave and it appeared. Overall, i still highly recommend it. Though I did appear to get locked out of my room before the 10:00am check out time. So beware of that happening. Luckily the front desk was helpful and go me back in.

The actual apartment was big and perfect for our group. It smelled like smoke when we first walked in which was not fun for our long kids. The chairs and couch looked dirty and the water in the bathroom leaked the whole time. The pool was awesome and the basketball area was a big hit with my kids. Overall we thought it was a fine place to stay but it definitely could use some updating and cleaning. 🙂

The property is very dull. Is not bad but seems like there is a lot of opportunities for improvement. Poor communication with the property employees. Our room had roaches as well. One thing to add is that it is very noisy. Some people have dogs barking next door.
