"This is a wonderful property in the rain forest! We were so impressed by the FRIENDLY and professional service that went above and beyond anything we have experienced to date! The rooms were incredible, the restaurant so delicious, the scenery unforgettable. We were allowed to customize almost everything and everyone made us feel so welcome and happy. "My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit."
