"Amazing sunrises! This property was comfy with great amenities. The area is quiet and great for nature lovers. We saw dolphins and deer everyday. Great views but lots of stairs so take that into consideration when booking. We loved the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit, the desk with a great view for puzzles, and the back patio for coffee in the morning. Go to the Salty Donkey for dinner. So good! Enjoy!"

"The home on Alligator Point was exactly what we needed this past week! The home was just as described! The retro beach home was extremely accommodating with all the necessities that my family & I wanted/needed. The views of the ocean, dolphins, birds and sunset from the front deck was like I was in a movie! Don’t let me forget the star gazing, shelling & fishing!! Just Wow! Andrea & Jason were amazing hosts and very responsive! I knew going in that the home would be located in “Old Florida aka the Forgotten coast”, but it was perfect for our family looking to just relax in the water & sun with gorgeous views, without the commercial hustle & bustle! We would LOVE to return and can not wait! "

"My family loved this house. The size of the house allowed everyone to have their own space when wanted. Most of the bedrooms are on the ground floor which worked out well. We spent meals and the evening in the large dinning area living space.The beach was wonderful, lots of shells, bird watching, walking, kayaking and fishing. Our mother loves the beach and this location is so much like the beach she and all of us were raised on. She was in heaven with all her loved one around her."

"The cottage was just as advertised. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Great local restaurants but a bit of a drive to get groceries. We were able to park our RV in the long driveway, and our pups loved the big yard. Lots of birds to watch and even had a dolphin swim by. The sunsets were incredible! Thanks for a nice couple of weeks. "

" My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for two weeks at Adam’s cottage. The setting was exactly what we were looking for on alligator point Harbor Bay. The cottage was simple, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed. This is the place for beautiful sunset. Star gazing, birdwatching, quiet relaxing on the water. Adam was a great host. We would easily recommend this place to our friends and family, especially those who love oysters, shrimp, and soft blue crabs. we ourselves are probably probably revisitcrabs, and shrimp.
