"There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. There is absolutely NO service and as a mother I have to be able to contact my children. The property is located down a long dark road without any lights making it difficult to even see. "I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean.
