Great local fishing available for trout, flounder, redfish, and spanish mackerel. Fish offshore for grouper, amberjack, cobia and snapper. Bald Point State Park is a located just around the corner. Golf at Wildwood, or St. James Bay, just 15 minutes away.

Secluded Beach Stat
If you want a place to stay close to several beaches, but do not want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place. Pet friendly is a big plus with a fenced in front yard and mostly fenced in back yard. My family enjoyed our stay here.

Total Relaxation
The home is exactly as shown. We've stayed in Alligator Point several times and love the quiet, peacefulness of the area. Adam's home is perfect for those of us who vacation with our fur babies. While the home is not fancy, it is a very comfortable home that offers all the amenities one could want. We will certainly be coming back for our Spring vacation next year. Had a wonderful time
My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in September and had a wonderful time. House was clean and comfortable. Very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Will stay again. If you are looking for a nice day trip Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park is about 45 minutes away. We got to see all kinds of wildlife and 3 manatees on the boat trip.

Great communication with the owner. Accurately described this wonderful property. Cold A/C, clean and everything works. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Enjoyed the pool table and having meals looking out at the bay. Quality cookware and furniture. We had a great time and will be back.

Sweet cottage on the bay!
We enjoyed the Fritz Carlton because of the quiet beauty surrounding the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we loved watching the wildlife outside. We saw a white as snow squirrel in the yard and lots of different birds. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen too! I would recommend this for a peaceful stay with beautiful views of the bay right outside the back! Thanks Adam!

Beware yellow flies
View outstanding with lovely deck over looking the bay.The cottage was clean and comfortable. The draw back was these terrible biting yellow flies that were every where.

Adam was an amazing host. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view is so relaxing, especially from the back/primary bedroom. We brought our boat and the boat ramp is just a few streets down, so it was really an ideal location for our family. We spent the week at the beach on Alligator Point, hanging out with friends,fishing, swimming, and going out to dinner (Angelo’s twice). This house was the perfect home base for all those activities.

Have stayed here last two winters and thoroughly enjoyed both years on the bay.Adam is on top of maintenance if needed and one pleasant individual to work with. The house is old school comfortable and views are beautiful from bedroom and TV room. Dog loved fenced 3 lots safe from traffic. Value for price is unbeatable. Kayaks, trails and state park minutes away. Neighbors quiet as is neighborhood. Truly a superb getaway. Try it you’ll like it 🤗

The house and property owner are great. Vrbo needs help in the description as there is no hot tub/spa, no outside firepit, (though owner said we could use his next door). No outside shower. Upon arrival we were turned away and told to call vrbo support as the house was damaged and could not be rented to us. Customer support Brian hooked us back up with owner and droped of the call
