The grounds were gorgeous, and very enjoyable to walk through. We sat in lawn chairs and watched mot mots, aracari, and other birds. The on-site restaurant was fantastic as well! And they had an airport shuttle. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"It’s a good hotel to stay near the airport. Keep in mind that this hotel is very dated and basic but it’s spotless. Service checking in was great, very friendly. The morning crew at breakfast, front desk & staff on were extremely friendly. Greeting you and starting conversations with us. Parking is around the corner on another street but really like a 2 minute walk. It’s in a quiet area on a quiet street so if you go in the evening may seem scary but it’s not. "

"Convenient to airport (we were not visiting San Jose). Reception was gracious and helpful. She helped us find a restaurant. Restaurant choices were not inviting but ok. The room was inviting and the patio lovely. The street noises were pretty extreme and earplugs provided were much appreciated. "
