We were there over New Years when the power was off so there were challenges but we managed. Note: The kitchen was semi well equipped but there was not a can opener. The gate offers security but sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to get in. There is a broken sink in the Master Bathroom. Beware and careful not to cut yourself. The place needs an exterminator, there were little roaches 🪳 constantly. The strong smell of sargaso and the Marina may be too much or a detergent...
