"he hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent—friendly, professional, and faultless throughout our stay. There was some building work going on in the surrounding area, so we did hear some construction noise, but this is understandably outside the hotel’s control. One important point to note: the hotel is a dry hotel, meaning no alcohol is served on-site - meaning had to go to near by hotel for an evening drink This wasn’t made clear when booking through Expedia, and I couldn’t find any mention of it on the listing. I believe this should be stated more clearly to help guests set their expectations. Otherwise, a lovely stay overall."
