"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Being by the water and having access to go out on it were great! The kitchen was missing a few items, sponge, better fry pans and cinnamon spice but other than that, it was a very nice place! We loved it! "

"We came out to Durango for some R&R and this was certainly the place for it. Love the location on the river and end-of-the-road privacy. We had trouble using our code to get into the property but it was fairly quickly remedied by property management. No other issues for us. We would stay here again. We are considering bringing our daughter and grandson out here next year."

There were cobwebs in the light fixtures in the kitchen, lots of light switches to try to figure out what goes to what, lack of towels, empty body wash container in one bathroom, fireplace didn't work and we had to have someone come out and they took quite a while to get there. "Beautiful, spacious house with easy access to Pagosa! We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to Pagosa Lake with beautiful views. Great downstairs area for kids. We will definitely try to book again next time we come."

"Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!"
