"Loved it here, outside of town. It was a drive to the springs and piedra trail but worth it for the price and privacy and quiet. The stars were amazing. I found a little trail to take the dogs on in the mornings. Everything you needed was in the cabin and it was really clean and cozy"

There were cobwebs in the light fixtures in the kitchen, lots of light switches to try to figure out what goes to what, lack of towels, empty body wash container in one bathroom, fireplace didn't work and we had to have someone come out and they took quite a while to get there. "Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!"

"Very cute and clean rental property. We saw deer on property 2 out of 5 mornings we were there. We were out and about most of the time but this property is nicely furnished for cooking, etc. It is a 19 mile drive from Durango but we did not mind the drive at all! Bayfield is a cute little town and good restaurant options. We would love to rent this space again if we travel to Durango in the future."

"Our family had an amazing time at this property! The home can be best described as having a modern, cabin feel. The home is clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The property is breathtaking! "We had an awesome time! Fished quality water as well as water outside fence of property. Well maintained property with river just outside gate. My husband had to sleep on futon because of recent knee replacement and restroom being on ground floor. He did not sleep well. Bed upstairs was really comfortable."
