"We were in LC for ice climbing. This place was perfect for our group. Close to the climbs (kind of hard not to be in LC lol), enough room for our gear and stocked kitchen with pots and dishes... Would stay here again!Jim was also nice enough to meet us out front around 9pm to make sure we got into OK and settled. Super friendly. "

"The condo was small, but was nicely decorated, with a personal touch. A binder of information gave area details including favorite restaurants. There were quality appliances and a comfortable bed. We walked to lift 7 in the morning (a little closer than the gondola), and skied back to the gondola and caught the free ski bus in the afternoon. Walking to town in regular footwear was very comfortable."

"This was my 3rd trip to telluride in 3 years and I absolutely loved my stay at this location. The only complaint I have is there is no hot water for showers. There is a sign posted in the bathroom that states there is enough hot water for 2 showers but night one there was no hot water and night 2 we had 5 min of warm water. Other than that, this place was perfect for our visit. "
