"We arrived at around 4:15 pm. Check in was advertised as 3 pm. However, we were informed our room was still being cleaned and that we’d have to wait to complete our check in. It was not ready until around 4:40 pm. This was disappointing, and while we know it was not the desk worker’s fault, we would have appreciated an apology and perhaps a discount or other way of acknowledging the inconvenience."

"This property is well-located, close to two major interstates that go through the city, and close to many major St. Louis attractions. The hotel is clean and spacious, and the large majority of staff are kind and helpful. My kids enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool as well. "
