"It was our first time staying at a bed & breakfast, and it was a great experience. We stayed in the carriage house, which was a little cottage all to itself away from the main house slightly. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. There was even plenty of waters in the fridge for us. The hot tub was right outside of our room, it was 104° and was great! The breakfast was probably the best part it was really good. The staff was very nice and helpful. Oh...

"very clean room that had everything you need, nothing you don't. close enough to historic district, leave the car in the parking lot and walk to shopping, dinner, and save the hassle of finding a parking spot in town. Next time to Eureka Springs, this will be my first choice to book."

"Comfy beds are important and they had them. I have stayed in many places where beds hurt me and I slept miserable. Would stay here on any visit. Building is older.... but things were clean. There was a dispensary in the lot. I didn't know that when I booked room. Maybe the same owners? Wasn't expecting that when we pulled in. It was a no smoking property. We ate breakfast elsewhere. There was packaged breakfast things offered to guests. Quiet. Safe. Easy parking. "
