"This was a great place to stay for a quick girls' trip! The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful additions and with four of us there, the sectional was perfect to sit and chat. "We love visiting the gorge in all seasons. Winter provide beauty in the icicles and snow covered landscape. This was the coldest we had experienced. The cabin walkway was snow and ice covered making it difficult to get gear into the house which we chose due to ease of access. The cabin was very clean and bed linens and towels were new. "We just needed to get away and relax for a few days and this was the perfect spot. Far enough away to be relaxing, but close enough to town to be convenient. House was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice rural area with horses in the pasture behind the house and a barn with pond in the front. The last day of our stay we had some bad winter weather moving in and the host checked in to offer to bring us a generator if we lost power which we thought was nice. Would love to come...

"Rent this cabin if you want something secluded, but yes, other cabins in area. For evenings it has a huge covered deck with a swing, a glider, and lots of chairs and tables. AND a hot tub to relax aching muscles. Turned air conditioning to 70 & it cools house even if 80F outside, maybe bring a fan to move air upstairs. Fit 4 adults & toddler comfortably with plenty of hot water available for all."

"Property was not as advertised. Surrounded by abandoned buildings and sketchy trailers. Host communication was terrible. We went and found alternate place to stay due to above. Would give it a 1/2 star if I could. Still waiting for refund!"

"We came down to the area to visit some area ATV parks and Lexington. We chose this house because of all the reviews that said it was so clean & I have to agree. The house is kept very nicely. We loved that it had such a nice set of washer & dryer. We also appreciated the driveway - being that we were trailering a car trailer with our UTV & ATVs on it.
