"We had 11 Adults and an infant. Everyone had a bed. Everything was in perfect working order in a good neighborhood. Folks out walking dogs and kids playing with other kids. Everyone seemed friendly. Close to shopping centers and food places. The cleaning team missed a few areas but we easily took care of it ourselves with minimal effort. There are many extras provided. Paper towels, TP and coffee items. I would rent here again."

The new owners have maintained and improved the cabin so well, and were fantastic hosts. The location is so convenient to everything that Red River Gorge has to offer ands is the perfect retreat after a long day on the trails."

"Nice, affordable property near airport and Keenland, far enough from airport to be quiet. Good neighborhood, easy walk to supermarket. Lot's of good restaurants nearby.Check-in was easy and owner communicated well. Big need is a hand-rail up the front stairs. My elderly mother couldn't get in our out without assistance. Small things are grill was not clear and could not find cleaning tools. Couldn't find a measuring cup. Only found one washcloth for whole house."

"This is a nice, cozy cabin. It's private even though there are other nearby cabins. It was well-appointed for a weekend trip. It's a drive to get to it, but they provide detailed directions that are accurate. I would definitely rebook!"

There was a bad storm on Sunday afternoon where the power went out for a few hours and we decided to leave early in case the power was off until next day. "Excellent location in Red River Gorge. Very close to many popular trails, the State Park, and the activities that my family was interested in (Zip Line, Rock Climbing, etc.). The home had everything that our family (13 and 11 year olds) needed, including Smart TVs throughout the house, hot tub, front deck, and three season room. Also, being on top of the hill gave us some excellent views and room to explore the property around house (easy hike to the top). All in all, this was a great place...

"A great home base for small groups. Clean & comfortable in a convenient location. Grocery shopping, restaurants and freeways very close. The place was as advertised and we enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra two nights. Host was very responsive! If we make it back to the area we're staying here again!"

"Our family of 4 including 2 older teens plus grandma stayed at Colliver House. This was our home base for the Railbird Music Festival. It worked out perfectly! Julia is a very attentive host. The homemade chocolate chip cookies were devoured immediately and the extras were so appreciated!!! Cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, coffee, soda, bacon and eggs, carrots to feed the horses and much, much more!! This is a very comfortable house. Not new but very clean. It feels like your visiting grandma's...

"As described, but know barn is split between two units. We did not know this at booking; there are separate hot tubs but you share the fire pit and common breezeway. We had great neighbors though :) Also know it’s located in a growing rental property development (20ish rental units across houses/barns/teepee)"
