"My wife worked at UK as a travel nurse and we booked very last minute. While she was at work I was in charge of watching the 4 month old and check in wasn’t till 1pm. We were able to call the house a home around 9:30am! Absolutely amazing service and PERFECT location for everyone! Definitely will be coming back "

"Can not say enough good things. Prperty is in a great area. We stayed 3 nights and we covered everything we could fit in. Great restaurants, the ARK, winery, distillery, casino, Horse Park... and much more. The management group/ owner was first class along with his support crew. "We loved our stay at Ursa Major. The cabin is in a great location and a lovely setting, especially for autumn colors. The design and decor are thoughtful and the cabin is well-appointed for guest comfort and convenience. The large side patio with sliding door access to both bedrooms is a nice design. "We came with friends (7 adults) and had a very comfortable stay. Our group consisted of one couple and the others were singles but this would be great to accommodate 2 couples and their kids as well. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool was great! Everything was clean and well stocked although we did bring some additional appliances with us. The owner was very responsive. There is a busy road you could sometimes hear road noise, but it still seemed fairly quiet and secluded in...

"This home is absolutely stunning and was set up perfectly for our needs. I was blessed to have 5 days of having my adult children and their significant others under one roof. There was plenty of room, we really enjoyed the downstairs arcade, the fire pit and the hot tub. At one point they had a mean game of basketball and a competitive corn hole tournament.The icing on the cake was being proposed to in such a beautiful setting by the love of my life. "Convenient location to MSU"

"Very clean, comfortable cabin-type facility with a cozy industrial feel. Tucked away in a rural setting that guaranteed a quiet, private stay. But, also, very close to the local Red River Gorge state parks and national forests. We would look thos place up again first when we come back to the area. Five stars!"

"Great downtown location. Cute decor. Could use a few updates but nothing major. Wish we had known the yard & driveway were being rented as it was a little weird having people right outside your windows/doors but we made it work. Most time of the year I'm sure that wouldn't have been any issue. "

"Great location in Horse country!! The house was in need of some attention. The front glass door was falling off and wouldn’t close, the outside entry stairs are in disrepair and need to be redone, and the master bath facet was really leaking. "
