"Property was not as advertised. Surrounded by abandoned buildings and sketchy trailers. Host communication was terrible. We went and found alternate place to stay due to above. Would give it a 1/2 star if I could. Still waiting for refund!"

"The home is located in a small community with trees and winding roads. It is close enough to conveniences should you forget something. The home is large with plenty to do right in the house. We were also able to take a walk around the neighborhood and a hike in a park with a lake just a short drive away. The huge master shower is amazing! The pullout couches are a plus. Appreciated the startup of many essentials and availability of cleaning supplies to keep the house tidy during our stay....

"Great downtown location. Cute decor. Could use a few updates but nothing major. Wish we had known the yard & driveway were being rented as it was a little weird having people right outside your windows/doors but we made it work. Most time of the year I'm sure that wouldn't have been any issue. "

"This was a very large farmhouse, that accommodated our group very well. Lots of beds, and large kitchen area made cooking and dining very easy for a large group! Plus, we were so far out in the country, the kids could make all the noise they wanted! Mark, our host, was on sight to check us in and explained where everything was located. "We came to Maysville from Indiana to celebrate a friend’s birthday whose family is from the area. I found the apartment on Vrbo and it was everything we expected and then some!! Beautiful apartment, quaint neighborhood, wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. I will say the stairs are every bit as steep as everyone describes, but we managed without any issues. I do caution anyone with limited abilities to consider the stairs before...
