"The home is located in a small community with trees and winding roads. It is close enough to conveniences should you forget something. The home is large with plenty to do right in the house. We were also able to take a walk around the neighborhood and a hike in a park with a lake just a short drive away. The huge master shower is amazing! The pullout couches are a plus. Appreciated the startup of many essentials and availability of cleaning supplies to keep the house tidy during our stay....

"Property was not as advertised. Surrounded by abandoned buildings and sketchy trailers. Host communication was terrible. We went and found alternate place to stay due to above. Would give it a 1/2 star if I could. Still waiting for refund!"

"The duplex was very nice and beautiful. The river was just a short walk from the house. We did have a wonderful time. Negatives: No games upstairs as listed in listing. Whirlpool bath doesn't work as listed. No kitchen towels or dishcloths to wash dishes. No extra blankets or throw blankets in livingroom. Only one firepit outside so you must share with the other apartment in the duplex. It wouldn't take much to dig another firepit for"

"The house was exactly what we needed for our large family, everyone had there own bed. Having the farm hands on the property was kinda weird just hanging out on the back porch but the house inside was plenty big enough, and clean."

"This was a very large farmhouse, that accommodated our group very well. Lots of beds, and large kitchen area made cooking and dining very easy for a large group! Plus, we were so far out in the country, the kids could make all the noise they wanted! Mark, our host, was on sight to check us in and explained where everything was located. Plus, he provided a list in the kitchen area, of local emergency contact phone numbers, that was very helpful. Having two kitchens / refrigerators was nice, for a...

"Great downtown location. Cute decor. Could use a few updates but nothing major. Wish we had known the yard & driveway were being rented as it was a little weird having people right outside your windows/doors but we made it work. Most time of the year I'm sure that wouldn't have been any issue. "
