"I booked this hotel for my elderly parents whose flight got cancelled. The girl at the front desk and shuttle driver were amazing and helped my parents get to the hotel in a quick manner. While there they helped them with new flight details and overall supported them. I’m forever grateful that they were there to help when I couldn’t be! Thanks to the staff for their excellent customer service. "

"We were sent away once arriving because they said they were NO LONGER A HOTEL. We were told it was now a HOMELESS SHELTER. It being a shelter now wasn't the problem, being told when we arrived was a shock to us. ●●●●□HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ●●●●"

"Location was great, hotel has it charms. Unfortunately they have some issues. Beds very poor conditions, sunk in areas, they most be very old or cheap. Toilet leaks, Shower completely clogged we had to request plunger so that my husband can try to fix it. shower curtains smell bad. and had securities issues local man gather in front entrance talking load and staying long hours there, didn't like that at all."
