"I didn't like that inorder to check in early during a snow storm, i was charged $70 per day of my stay! I understood paying it for the first day, but everyday??? I traveled 300 miles and was not expecting to pay an extra $210.00. How about giving out of towners a break in storm situations? Great staff, great views, etc. I will return, hopefully in better weather. "

"The staff is so friendly, the hotel is the cleanest I’ve been to recently, and the location was honestly perfect. There was a market near by and taco place across the street that we ended up going to several times. Also right by a subway station. Haven’t been this happy with a hotel stay in a long time."

"My husband and I stayed for Valentine’s Day. We loved the spa/pool/saunas. I got a massage & we both got facials. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Both restaurants we dined at were great. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Also a plus was getting champagne multiple times for being a guest & getting spa treatments I love that little touch"
