"Walking in to the house we were immediately in awe of the beautiful view from the front door through the home to the infiniti pool and gorgeous beach. The home was very clean and had a good supply of extras to make our vacation nice. Plenty of dishes, dish soap, laundry soap, beach chairs, towels, etc. Loved the nice touch of having throw blankets! Only had a couple days when the water was calm enough to get in but even with the waves, we loved sitting on our private beach. It isn't a huge...

"The house was perfect for the two of us: a little older, more charming and a short walk to beautiful Jimmy Hill beach. A rental car is helpful for the drive to Georgetown and exploring the island. One sad thing is that trash gets left around the island. Enjoyed Tim's (on the beach a half mile away), Shirley's (on the way to Georgetown), the sushi at Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown and a beachfront bar in Williamstown, Little Exuma."

"This is an absolutely beautiful home with all the modern conveniences. We especially appreciated the large bin of Beach toys and sports gear, our kids were out on the Boogie Boards riding the waves for hours. We also were very grateful for effective, working AC and high quality cotton bed linens as well as comfortable mattresses! Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! again"

"The owner was responsive but texted the on island person about generator and never heard back. Our area lost power numerous times and had no power for hours. Great location kids had fun. Bring beach towels with you and the outdoor grill is rough. Overall great place relaxing and fun! "

"Our stay at the Beach House was awesome. Great location on the north end of the island. We had a golf cart and the house provided the gate key required to allow golf carts through the settlement.The house is very private and we really enjoyed hanging out on the covered porch and the beach in front of the house. We also rented a boat and the community dock a short walk away was really great.We plan to return in the future. "

This house was amazing to stay in for a whole week, Christy made the whole process so easy by scheduling a taxi & water taxi from the airport to Spanish wells! The house included paddle boards, a kayak, beach chairs & towels, and a golf cart! This was our first time visiting Spanish wells and it’s safe to say we will be back:) "
