"This villa felt so homely and had such a lovely soul, we have never felt so comfortable in a rented villa before. The kids loved playing in the calm waters around the villa and there is a really sweet little reef close by with quite a large array of small fish for the kids to snorkel around and look at. The beach is exposed at low tide and makes a lovely seating spot, as does the decking and pier! Sunrises are spectacular from here. The 2 rooms downstairs are on the outside of the property so more suited to older children but the area is very safe so we had no worries about our kids having their own “pad”. We took the free kayaks down to the nearby blue hole and saw sting rays, turtles and masses of fish - definitely worth while on a calm day. We cooked every night in the villa - it’s very well stocked with all the essentials and a few extras. 100% recommended "

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Exuma, and it was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to the serene scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. We were close to great beaches and Georgetown for shopping and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. You could step right outside and take a refreshing swim or just enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the waves. "Very nice. Nothing fancy but very relaxing. The best calm beaches nearby. Not a traditional hotel with daily service, but anything needed..towels, soap, services, just need to ask. On a windy day, their beach was still calm. Splash restaurant has the best conch chowder...nice staff available to help at any time.. the only downside were the sand flies...must bring repellant everywhere.. overall..GREAT PLACE"

"Our group of 10 had a great stay! Exuma is beautiful. The pool and beach were fantastic. All of us cooked & ate most breakfasts and dinners at the large indoor dining room table most days and it worked out great. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked well for this.Master bedroom and bath is very nice and spacious. 2nd bedroom with queen bed is big enough and has it's own bathroom. Loft bedroom is a little more private that we were thinking it would be, but it does not have a door so sound carries. Bunk room is back in the corner of the house so pretty private and quiet. Bunk room beds can work for adults, but much more ideal for kids/teenagers.We used the kayaks and paddle boards at the house as well as the pool many of the days. No-see-ums (sand flies) and regular flies are definitely a thing though during sunrise and sunset. I'm sure this is an issue across the entire island though so just plan to stay inside during those times. If you like to cook, make sure to get some fresh fish the guy set up right outside of Shop Rite. Definitely need a car(s) to get around the island. The host, Jacquelyn, gave us tips and suggestions that helped us plan a lot of it in advance so I'd suggest reaching out for that. Highly recommend a boat tour to the other Exuma islands with Go Adventures H2O as well as an ATV tour with Exuma Adventure Tours. Great vacation!"

At arrival, our hostess Kay, had our dreamm vacation home ready to go. Throughout our stay, Jack and Kay offered information and answered all questions.
