Keep in mind, access to the resort amenities requires an additional fee(that was not clearly stated in the listing).I recommend renting a car unless you plan to remain on the property for the duration of your stay. It is approximately 30 minutes from popular tourist destinations. "

"Our family of 7 stayed here for the second time now. It truly is a hidden gem. The home is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself including AC!My 5 year old spent her days playing in the sand and "doggy paddling" in the shallow calm waters.I myself brought along my paddle board and ventured out to slightly deeper waters to snorkel and explore.Highlights were seeing a nurse shark, many turtles, sting rays, and starfish.My family plans on making this a family tradition as many memories were made.Thanks again for an amazing vacation."

"The property is nicer than the pictures show. Spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children. Palm Cay itself is a lovely gated community with tennis and pickle ball courts (always available), lovely beach and shallow waters for swimming, snorkling and wading (good for adults, teens and young children), and a beach club with a lap pool that I recommend joining. Winnie who manages the property is amazing. We have booked through VRBO many times in the past but the communications through Winnie are unmatched. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. Winnie recommended Fred as a driver to pick us up at the airport and we cannot say enough about Fred. We used him many times during the month we were there and he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem for him. Best driver ever!We cannot over emphasize how great the experience was."

"My family of seven just got got back from an amazing week at Andrea’s place in Nassau. The home/property is absolutely gorgeous (we were shocked with how nice it is) and Andrea’s customer service / responsiveness was excellent. The house itself is amazing, but the patio / pool area are truly incredible - it felt like we were in a private, luxury hotel. I would highly recommend this property and we will be back!"

"My family and I (8 people in total, ages 2 to 82) enjoyed 2 beautiful weeks at the Palm Cay in Bahamas. The property was exactly what we wanted and more than exceed our expectations. We had beautiful weather everyday and took advantage of all the services that the resort had to offer. I had a tall order to fill for everyone's requirements, but this house had it all. We had great access to the property manager Vanessa and she very quickly and efficiently addressed any questions/concerns that we had and was able to provide us with an excellent recommendation for my husband's 82nd birthday. We usually travel to Barbados every year, but Bahamas and Palm Cay, specifically, may now be our new family getaway destination. Looking forward to 2026!"

"Beautiful, spacious, well equiped condo on the beach, check. Condo close to the cafe, outside bar and restaurant, check. Condo close to the workout facility, check (although there is a cost for the outdoor bar and workout facility we thought it was worth two in our group that excersised to pay the fee). Jet ski, paddleboard and kayak rental right on the beach, check (we rented some jet skis at Paradise Beach close to Atlantis but the units at Palm Cay were superior and Paulie who rented them to us at Palm Cay was a cool guy). Supermarket and liquor store a short drive from the condo, check. Driving on the left side of the road was a trip and you may not need a car but we were pleased we rented one just for our short trips to the store. Worth renting this unit again, check!"
