LOOK NO FURTHER and book Coconut Breeze! 3 couples had a perfect stay at this home loaded with amenities such as comfy outdoor furniture, covered porch, grassy yard with swaying palm trees, a 2nd covered porch w/ table that seated 6 persons for outdoor dining. Clean BBQ grill. Floats/inner tubes, 2 boogie boards, 6 chaise lounges for sunning -all overlooking the prettiest blue water in the world. The pics on VRBO do not do...

"Highly recommend Lilium Villa's, a great value. My husband and I have stayed here five times now. We love it...always clean, simple, comfortable, perfect location and beautiful views(for a great price). The owner Demetri is a very gracious host who aims to please. We appreciated the latest upgrades as well...nice cold AC added to the living area, new patio furniture and a new Weber grill. The fresh paint looks great too. "Unfortunately, we were unable to make the trip this time. We had to dodge Hurricane Milton at first, then an emergency that came up hours before our rescheduled flight and we had to miss our Fall visit. Fina was ever so accommodating, understanding and wonderful as usual!!! She is an outstanding hostess and we can't wait until May to visit again for our third stay at Seabiscuit. "The property was exactly as pictured and you can find yourself exploring the island or stay in. Your own ocean seemingly awaits a few stairs and a short walk from your door. Only issue for us was the Exuma maintenance of roads and street directly to and from the property. Make sure to get an SUV or Jeep for this stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! It was fabulous from top to bottom. Sam the property manager was so attentive and went above and beyond to make my mom feel special for her 70th bday. They were all so communicable and responded super quickly. My mom said it was the best birthday ever! The house was exquisite, and had a great location. We loved the guidebook that came with it too for things to do and taxi services. We will be back for sure!!!!! "

"We all loved this property. The location was a little ways from town but not an issue. The access to the water was perfect and having the kayaks on the property was a plus for us. All the rooms were very spacious. Sharell was great and helped with any questions I had. Definitely recommend this property."
