It was a bit challenging to moderate the indoor air temperatures as there is no heat pump and opening the screenless windows required the blinds be lifted to get cross-ventilation. Beautiful brand new house, set back from the street behind another. Great beach access. Thanks to Brenda for accomodating us and for her gracious hospitality."
