"This is my second recent stay and I'm looking forward to more to come while I'm in between houses! The hotel put me in my favourite room at my request and yet again the staff are incredible. Good sized room with the expected extra such as a hairdryer and a TV. Decent breakfast. Always exceptional service!"

The staff were friendly however its showing its age and many carpets were worn through and the feel is very 1960s. It was clean enough but room service was minimalistic. "Alex was working behind the Reception desk on the night I arrived and I found him to be a very pleasant, cheerful and helpful young man who knew how to interact with guests. The checking-in procedure was efficient and quick. The room was spacious and clean and the sound-proofing very good.
