If breakfast is supposed to be served until 9.30am you shouldn’t be made to feel like a criminal when you greet the staff with a friendly ‘good morning’ to be met with a cold response, looking at their watches and offering no welcome greeting in return. Just appalling when you consider how much working people like us spend in these places. "
