"We had a issue at check in as we put one of our three rooms in a name of someone who had no picture Id on him and because of that we were unable to check that couple in without going through hotel.com to have name changed. They would not allow his wife to change to the person who occupies the room even though she had ID and rooms were prepaid. Took long time to get this all changed and be able to check in. Otherwise the accommodations were fine."

"We spent a week at Symphony Beach Club and have no complaints. The Club is an aging building located right on the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable. The main bed is a Murphy bed with a comfortable mattress. The pictures accurately portray the room, just keep in mind that one wall is all mirrors. It is handy to many eateries and grocery stores. We would stay in the same room again. Ideal location for long walks on the beach. very handy to have a mini kitchen."

"Old school style but comfy bed and friendly people working. View was beautiful. The pool looked very nice but too cold the night we stayed. Wonderful that it’s pet friendly and on pet friendly part of the beach. Some repairs could be done to a few things. Pillows very old, but I had my own with me. We would stay again for a night. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The view was awesome. We could see you are fixing the property up. The room could use a table and 2 chairs, a working light by the door, mirror in the bathroom and better air conditioner. Keep fixing the property, it is a good place to stay."
