"Excellent except they charged a $50 deposit fee we didn’t know about. And it might take several days to get it reimbursed. Motels seem to do that nowadays. But they should let you know on the website so you can budget for it. It’s ok. I would still rate our motel stay a 5. And we would definitely stay there again."

"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "

"I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! My check in was smooth and the person at the desk was so kind and helpful to me and my partner. The room was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The pillows were to die for too. So cozy. The pool and spa area was clean, well stocked, and open late so we could enjoy it after the crowds left for the night. The included breakfast is DELICIOUS! Meat, eggs, pastries, a pancake machine(mind blown!), cereal, bagels, etc. So much goodness. ...

"There was a mild BO smell upon entering the room. This was the second room as the first room’s key card was inoperative. The room was clean and the hotel did have a pool and spa. But, the hot/cold on the shower was switched in the room. I slept fairly well. Took a while for the water to heat up until I realized the hot/cold issue. "
