"sha shawna was amazing! the lady that worked in the food eating area she was from Bosnia i believe she was amazing! the whole place was decorated for xmas which was nice as we was away from our family on Christmas, so that was Christmas brought to us. I did notice standing at the elevators on the main lobby side third one to the right the tansion piece was coming up. I told the young gentleman that was cleaning the elevators that someone was going to trip and fall three days later. I still noticed it was like that so I reported it once again. n as of the time we left it was still lifted up someone gonna trip n get hurt"

"We stayed for overnight trip. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Froynss around area could use tidy up but overall was great experience. Loved the shuttle service. It was efficient and great addition to our trip."

"Check in was easy. Little wait but the staff can’t control that. Our room wasn’t ready even though it was 8pm and we were the last to check in but they comped us for the wait. The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was bigger than i anticipated! "
