They advertise there's a laundry mat but can't use it. Pool looks beautiful but the whole time the gate was locked and the house keeping the 3 days never came in and picked up the towels and change sheets even after i wrote a message. I'm not satisfied at all. Very disappointed and will probably not come back, especially more than 1 night.

Inattentive office staff. Toilet ran constantly. Bottled water not replenished. Curtains didn't fully close. Parking lot flooded up to 12" and first floor rooms up to 2" inches during Hurricane Milton.

I would prefer my money back. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. I seen two roaches in my room which were killed. My son woke up the next morning with a rash on his shoulder which he believes he got bite by something in his sleep. However i think it was either dirty sheets or bed bugs. Breakfast dont even get me started my kids refused to eat it. They only grabbed drinks as they were closed containers. Sorry but I would not recommend this place.

The rooms were recently renovated so they we nice but that was the only positive. There were roaches in the room and the staff wasn't polite. I booked a room for 4 guest but there were only 2 towels. Figured, not a big beal so i asked the front desk for 2 more. They said no, and if i wanted 2 new ones, i had return the 2 i had first. So basically, only 2 people could shower at a time. I had to argue to get to additional towels. Also, no soap in the shower and no cups with the coffee machine. Wouldn't drink the coffee anyway as it expired in 2022. The free breakfast was limited and the coffee was cold. Guessing it was from the day before. Also, they had signs posted that you couldn't take any food out from the dinning area. For me, they were conveniently looked and the room was decent but you have to set your expectations low for everything else.
